1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service. By using ClubGG Bot AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

ClubGG Bot AI provides an AI-powered poker assistance tool that overlays real-time analytical data during gameplay on the ClubGG platform. The software offers:

• Real-time hand analysis and GTO-based recommendations.
• Opponent profiling based on observed in-session behaviour.
• Bankroll tracking and session review features.
• Automation assistance for multi-table gameplay.

3. Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, or transfer the software to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the software to develop a competing product or service.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices within the software.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClubGG Bot AI only in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the service to:

• Engage in fraud, cheating, or any activity that violates a third-party platform’s terms of service.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players or individuals.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers.

The software operates on a consumption-based model using NZT Fuel credits, which are purchased separately. By making a purchase:

• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for consumed fuel credits.
• Unused fuel credits may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the software has not functioned as described.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with ClubGG Bot AI are our exclusive property or are licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property other than as expressly stated herein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved through its use. Poker involves inherent financial risk; the software does not guarantee winnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to our service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
